Please help me congratulate Emily Gordon, Katie Kaufman and Kelcie Hall on the addition of their newest R+F Business Partners, Anna Avila-Williams, Kelly Fox and Cyndy Drozd, respectfully!! I am so thrilled to welcome all 3 of y'all to our Rodan+Fields Team of Independent Business Owners, the TX Starry Knights, where we are growing our R+F businesses the Texas way- BIG!!
Emily and Anna
When Emily Gordon, our Starry Knight in Las Vegas, asked me to join her on a 3-way call with Anna Avila-Williams in Tampa, FL last week I was so excited! After talking with Emily and Anna for over an hour on Wednesday, I was over the moon excited! Anna is a middle school science teacher in Tampa with an incredible network that spans Wichita, KS, Houston, TX, Tampa, FL and beyond! Anna is very intelligent and went about her research into Rodan+Fields in much the same way I remember Emily going about it last fall- they both left no stone unturned. Anna had so so many fantastic questions, as I answered each one and then listened as she was quick to get out her next inquiry, my excitement grew and grew. I knew Anna was going to be a super star at this business just from listening to her get all her details straight. Her questions were well thought out, so logical and she was systematic in her approach to gathering her information. As soon as I got her the details she was seeking on each particular topic, she would then inform me of precisely how she planned to work that angle to her greatest advantage in growing the business she had clearly already committed to! It was such a fantastic call, I could barely stand my excitement once I got off the phone. I was quick to share the news with our Amazing Level V Leader in Tennessee, Nan George, who was equally thrilled with getting Anna signed onto our team and offered the webex technology for when Anna was ready to get online and start her business. I forwarded that idea to Emily only to find out Anna was already online going through the steps to get her websites up and running! Well prepared, systematic, logical and not about to waste any time! I am so happy for you, Emily, that you have found such a hugely valuable business partner in Anna! And Anna, I just can't begin to tell you how thrilled I am to see what you accomplish in the coming months with this opportunity because I just know its going to be awe-inspiring!
Katie and Kelly
When I showed up for our Thursday night Business Opportunity Meeting at Mimi's last Thursday night I walked in to find Katie Kaufman waiting for me. I was so excited to see Katie at our first Mimi's Meeting and even more excited to hear that she had invited her co-worker, Kelly Fox, to join us! When Katie introduced Kelly to us as one of the most valued employees of the optometrists office she and Katie both work at, I knew Kelly was the perfect prospect for this opportunity! Katie told us that all their patients love Kelly and ask for her by name! It was easy to see why as soon as we got to talking with Kelly. She is very warm and inviting, personable, inquisitive and incredibly intelligent. I don't think she stopped smiling for our entire 2 hour meeting and by the time it was over, she was quick to grab that paperwork and schedule her appointment with Katie to get her business kit ordered and her websites up and running! This past Sunday Kelly was sure to make it to our Sunday Afternoon Training Session as soon as she got off work and we found that she had accomplished quite a bit in just the few days that had passed since her first look on Thursday! I don't know how Kelly keeps the college courses she's currently taking, her full time job and her new R+F business all in balance but from what I've seen thus far, she is incredibly organized and focused! I love it! I know Kelly is going to do great things with this opportunity and I am so excited to welcome her to the TX Starry Knights! Congrats, Katie, on your newest business partner! And welcome, Kelly, to our fabulous team, we can't wait to help you grow your new business in Rodan+Fields!
Kelcie and Cyndy
Can I just say.. I love this woman, Kelcie!! Cyndy Drozd is Kelcie Hall's beautiful momma and I just love her!! Cyndy was one of Kelcie's very first product users back in December when Kelcie joined our R+F family with Kristen Gassner. Cyndy had some absolutely incredible results with Reverse in just a matter of TWO WEEKS! When Kelcie and Kristen held their first Launch Event at Cool River last December, Kelcie brought her mom's amazing Before and After pictures and everyone was blown away by her results! When Cyndy showed up to the event she took hold of those pictures and started showing anyone and everyone at Cool River who would listen to her! She brought a number of Cool River patrons, complete strangers, over to our product table to learn more about the skincare lines as well as the business! I was blown away! I told Kelcie that night, "Your mom has GOT to get into this business with you, she's incredible!" Last Thursday Kelcie and Cyndy also attended our Business Opportunity Meeting at Mimi's and Cyndy was a blast! She had so many great stories about her experiences with skincare in the past and present and I just love her energy and personality! She is so excited and really knows how to, not just light up any room she sets foot in, but set it on FIRE! She is so funny and very intelligent and just so much fun to be with! Cyndy was sold on joining all of us in Rodan+Fields after our meeting at Mimi's as well and when she signed on just this past Sunday, she had a customer interested in purchasing products in the first 30mins into starting her business! I love this woman!! I am so so so stoked to congratulate you, Kelcie, on your newest business partner!! Mother-daughter teams have an incredible record within the R+F community and I know the two of you together are going to do great things with this opportunity! I can't wait to see what you accomplish next in this business, Cyndy, you are off to an amazing start and I'm positive your future with Rodan+Fields is bright and will be the means to achieve your financial freedom in no time!! So exciting!!
